How ya doing? Today I have a very different letter for you. This is going to be The Underdog post where I will be telling you about a product that gets overlooked because not a lot of people know about how awesome it could be. That product my friends is Vaseline and I will be trying about 5 different ways to use it.
"What five ways?" Yes girl (or guy in which case, Hey Dude!) Five ways. And if you happen to have been living under a rock your entire life and don't know what Vaseline is it is a 100% pure petroleum jelly. Now that you are all filled in, let's move on...
+Skin Protectant- if you get a minor scrape, cut, or burn Vaseline will temporarily protect so it's perfect if you are on the go and cannot get to a first aid for a band aid immediately.
+ Dry Lips- Vaseline is honestly one of the most moisturizing things you will ever find. Also one of the best lip balm ever and you can even turn it into a tinted lip balm! Just pop some Vaseline in a microwave safe bowl with a chunk of your desired lip color, look-aid, or a few drops of food coloring. Heat for about 7- 10 seconds, scoop into an old lip container and you are good to go.
+ Dry Skin- I told you, it's the most moisturizing thing ever. Trust me when I say that Vaseline will be your best friend during the cold seasons!
+An Eyelash Treatment- Now everyone ( or at least all girls) want to have naturally full and thick eyelashes. Vaseline will do the trick! Just apply some Vaseline add cause to your lash line as possible at night, wash off in the morning, and Voila! New born lashes! You will start to see instant results and if you wear makeup your mascara will go on much smoother now that your lashes are longer and even softer.
+ Perfume Lock- If you put a little bit of Vaseline on your pressure points and then spray you're perfume or cologne (I didn't forget you dudes ;) ) the Vaseline will lock the scent in all day. It's genius!!
